The album spawned 4 hit singles and was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Another of their gold discs worthy of inclusion is the 1998 release, "Traces of My Lipstick." The band's first album for 3 years, it achieved a similar level of success to "Off the Hook," reaching no. 28 in the US Billboard 200 and no. 6 in the US Billboard Top R&B / Hip-Hop Albums Charts, although only getting as high as no. 181 in the UK Albums Charts. Their self-titled debut album was a moderate commercial success. However, this was far outdone by the performance of their 2006-released album, "Haciendo Historia," which peaked at no. 13 in the US Billboard Top Latin Albums Charts. The album was eventually awarded platinum certification by the RIAA.
