His single 'Smack That' also earned him a Grammy nomination from his second album, Konvicted. He is widely regarded as one of the most successful R&B artists of the current century and according to Forbes he has earned in excess of 30 million dollars annually.

Alicia Keys (born as Alicia Augello Cook), famous for numerous hit singles such as 'Falling' and 'Empire State of Mind', is an American singer and actress who was raised in Manhattan. Songs in A Minor, her debut album, became a major commercial success and sold more than 12 million copies globally. It earned an astonishing five Grammy Awards which included Song of the Year and Best New Artist award. In 2003, following the success of her third album 'The Diary of Alicia Keys' also earned her four Grammies and eight million record sales around the world.
