Selling Policy

We offer a full refund if the customer is not happy with the item. The item must be sent back to us in its original packaging and in the condition it was sent to them. We cannot refund the postage costs unless the item is damaged or not as described.

Customs and duty
All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
